I have not seen a more poorly run restaurant in ages. 10 minutes at Drive thru window, no response, parked and walked in. ... Several employees looked at me standing there, but no one spoke or offered to take my order for another 10 minutes, until Iasked if anyone could help me. Placed my order in the drive thru and my first issue was the order taker.. no customer service skills.. very blah. Ok I can... deal with that. Got my order and totally messed up and not how I ordered. Had to park to come in to get my pies.. came back inand no one at the front register so the drive thru attendant came up but no words spoken, I told him my issue and he just handedthem to me with no acknowledgment of the problem. Then got all the way home and my burger and fries was cold and burger madewith ketchup that I?m allergic to! So I had to drive back . I don't like to write negative reviews but unfortunately sometimes I feel like management needs to be aware. This has happened 4... times during breakfast. I have ordered biscuits and a large hashbrowns 4 times and didn't receive the hashbrowns any of thosetimes. It was on my receipts so I paid for them. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer...This is more than a coincidence...She said everything is in the bag and the bag was filled with a lot of napkins, jelly, etc on top and then the biscuits andgravy but no hashbrowns. I had it delivered by a food delivery company 1 time and the bag was sealed, had 2 other people pick itup on separate occasions, and I went once with someone else driving. Excellent service and the best fast food breakfast in town. Everyone was nice and courteous. Inside is clean and well managed.
