There?s a reason why they put the yum yum sauce with every order, there?s seriously no seasoning on any of the teriyaki based... items. I got the teriyaki chicken and was astounded when i noticed there wasn?t a sweet savory glaze of teriyaki. I justreceived dry and overcooked chicken that needed to be doused in yum yum sauce to even be eaten. The fried rice was decent butthe veggies included with the meal came in a styrofoam box that had maybe a 1 inch layer of grease/oil at the bottom. Not tomention the veggies didn?t look at all fresh. Worst and Last experience! Me and my husband usually order from here once a week for quick and tasty Hibachi. However my most... recent trip was neither of these! I ordered $50-$60 worth of food (3 hibachi dinners and appetizer)to go and was told to driveup and wait for my order. It took a long time to get my order so I assumed "at least my food will be fresh". At home me and myhusband start eating and notice there is a really bad smell coming from the food...its the rice! My husband takes the food backand after back and forth with the manager only receives a refund for one of the unopened plates. My husband only wanted toexchange the bad food for fresh food as we were hungry. We were told they would not exchange the bad food they gave us or give arefund for the other two plates that were opened. They just lost loyal customers and this situation could've been handledbetter. We will take our patronage elsewhere. Read more
Until this time, I've loved this place for quick take-out. This time the chicken was so dry that it wasn't edible. I didn't have... the time to return as it was my lunch time but I sure hope this isn't what it's become since my last visit a few months back. Visited this establishment on Friday, Aug 19, 2022, while in town for my niece's boot camp graduation. Honestly, I would not... buy the food from here to feed to a homeless dog. The chicken was DRY and tasted like wood, the vegetables taste like they werean afterthought and the rice was horrible. I threw out the entire meal in the trash. You pay for the meal and have to payadditional for a sauce and they do not provide silverware unless requested. Visit at your own risk but don't say I didn't warnyou. Read more
