Good pizza and garlic knots were solid. Was disappointed that I was told order would be ready in 30 minutes. Upon arrival after... 30 minutes I was informed that pizza had just got in oven and it was going to be longer. Nonetheless, food was good thanks. Read more
I come here all the time, but last visit was very disappointing. I sat in with my 2 year old daughter. Wasn't very busy at all,... but still waited a good half hour before getting our garlic knots and medium pizza. I ordered a medium pizza with beef and halfpeppers. I got a bunch of peppers thrown all over the place and literally just a clump of beef in the middle of our pizza. I'm achef who's managed restaurans, so I understand the stress and business behind the line, but this isn't acceptable for a simplepizza order. I explained the issue to the waitress and she took a whopping $1.70 off my order. They also has a kid working therewho looked like he was 12 years old, running around awkwardly like a chicken with his head cut off. Weird and dissatisfied vibeyesterday. Time to find a new spot. Well 4 years later I?m left with no choice but to update my review from a 5* to 2*. Today 8/18/22 at 12:20 PM I placed an... online order for pick up. I arrived to the restaurant 25 minutes later to pick it up, while checking the order I saw that theStromboli looked like a flat calzone pancake, when I asked the cashier about it she went to the cook and asked him in which hisreply was it?s the cheese and pepperoni and that?s how they look. I have ordered the Stromboli over 20 times in the past 4 yearsand this is the second time its happened, the last time was about a month ago when I dined in and the server immediately saidthis doesn?t look right, I agreed and it was corrected, this time the cook had an obvious issue and stated multiple times thatit?s made right, the server asked if he would remake it and he said if I do it will come out the same.
