While visiting family in Columbus, Georgia, we decided to order a pizza and enjoy it while watching the Georgia - Florida game. ... I ordered a XL Deluxe pizza. While family members were getting their slices, I noticed that we only had 8 slices oppose to 12slices. I contacted the establishment, explained my issue and was put on hold numerous times. I spoke to more than oneemployee, poor customer service. I asked how could my issue be resolved, would I get some type of refund. The managerrelayed the message that I received a full pizza. I explained that I did not receive what I paid for. Then there was a dialtone. It appears that the Manager at this location has poor management skills and no type of customer service skills. The onlyperson who was professional was the delivery guy. The manager at Store #8033 sucks. There is not a need to submit a feedbackform. The complaint is detailed enough. Read more
Very irritated right now. University Avenue location in Columbus, Ga. . I've always enjoyed your pizzas and the price is good.... I downloaded your app. I have a coupon stating 15 percent off ANY ORDER. It expires tomorrow. The cashier would not accept itbased on the 8.99 special. Your coupon says "Any". I have been a customer of Marco's on University since they opened. In that time frame things have gone completely down hill.... Every pizza I have ordered over the last six months has been progressively worse. Tonight was the the final straw. I ordereddelivery, which is 90% of the time. I noticed the driver in my driveway, but was just sitting in the car. When I opened the doorhe got out and stood there with my food. I noticed I had two missed phone calls from this guy. He, along with the rest off thedelivery drivers, expected me to come to his car so he wouldn't have to get out. Once I opened the pizza and cheese bread bothneeded to be cut, which is something that occurs every time now. The pizza was not cooked thoroughly, dough or cheese/toppings.All of this seems to be the norm rather than the exception. I've tried to give Marco's second chances, but there has been noimprovements. First off all the workers in this establishment has a rude attitude but most people in this city are rude so that?s to be... expected, the restaurant was fairly clean and the pizza it?s self was so so. The topping of the pizza was the best part whatmade this pizza weird was that the dough is very hard to chew through and tough compared to other pizza places. If you don?tmine the rude staff and have to work to eat your pizza this place is for you as it?s fairly inexpensive. Read more

This Marcos location ABSOLUTELY IS HORRIBLE!!!!! I order 3 pizzas get home to see they've made the pizzas with no sauce. Call... and speak with a manager to be told I have to drive back to the location so they can prove there's no sause...REALLY!!!!! Like Ihave to lie about it. Then I'm told I can get a $10 credit after I've spent $30. I'll never be back to horrible place of pizzabusiness.
