Received my order which was a 3 piece meal, large soda. Two side orders Cajun fries, Cajun rice. Got home Cajun rice was not... put in bag. Paid but did not receive all that was ordered. Don't understand this .???? Read more
This place needs a better set of employees. If there was a manager on duty then that person should be fired.I Ordered Mac and... cheese and was told they haven't made it yet and Did not have time to make it right now. So I finally got an estimated time of12 minutes so I waited and while I waited the 12 minutes 2 different customers brought their orders back that was completelywrong. Their were about 8 employees in the back with only 2 of them actually working. My order was correct but the biscuits werehard and the cold slaw was just terrible. I went and ordered two five piece tender meals and a shrimp meal, with red beans as the sides. When I got home and opened my... meal, the red beans were clearly just thrown in the bag and the biscuit was so burnt on one of the meals it wasn't even edible.Will likely not visit this location again. Popeyes has always had good chicken in my opinion. This particular location stays pretty busy. The inside is decorated very well... and the AC is kicking. My food was fresh, hot, and DELICIOUS! The staff is friendly and the service is fast as it can beconsidering how busy they are. The fries were well seasoned and crispy. The chicken sandwich is always on point. Went in yesterday after Church. Waited, then made an order for a 4 piece combo which is shown as a Breast, Wing, Thigh and Leg... on the menu. When I arrived home I found that I had been given two tiny wings and two small legs. We have had issues with thislocation previously with sullen attitudes of employees and acting like it was an inconvenience to them to take an order. Thequality of the food is not worth the wait. The sullen attitude of employees and incorrect filling of an order only compoundthoer problems. My money will spend better with their competitors. Read more
