We avoid this location at all costs. While I don?t believe customers or management should be running employees into the ground,... the employees here are never in a hurry whether there are three people working or ten people working and it?s the same slow pacewhether there are two or twenty cars in the drive-thru. The service is slow, the drive-thru is wrapped around the buildingpretty any time you go, and they?re generally out of things. The latter is my biggest beef with Starbucks as a corporation- atthe end of the day, Starbucks is fast food yet they tend to run out of everything almost like they want to appear to be a ?bakedfresh daily? establishment. There is really no reason to run out of anything as Starbucks generally microwaves their food items. Read more
Employees are friendly and very hard working. However, they are literally almost always sold out of everything, including... coffee. The store is in chaos most of the time with a million people waiting and the drive thru line wrapped around thebuilding. Very frustrating. I wish they would build a new one even further on the north end of town. This store is not designedfor the sheer volume of orders/customers it has to cater to. Read more
The guy in drive thru is excellent! Very friendly and gives a good customer service experience. They were out of a lot of things... but it?s ok. They look busy every time I?ve driven by. I tried the new apple drink. Ehhhh maybe I should have rethought that butit?s ok. His personable conversation made it worth the trip! Read more
If you are in a hurry then go to a different location. Usually Starbucks lines move quickly. Can honestly say this was the... longest I have ever sat in a Starbucks drive thru line. 27 minutes total with only 5 cars in front of me. Read more

Great service. The parking lot is a mess. You're either stuck in the parking spot because of the drive thru line, can't get to a... spot because of the drive thru line or stuck in the drive thru line and can't get anywhere. The best way we've found is topre-order via the app. But today one of my sandwich items were taken from the pickup area and another person's drink was takenfrom their order also. I'm not sure how they can fix this without hiring someone extra to keep the orders behind the counterthen hand it to you. Read more
