This was a surprise as I wasn't sure what to expect. My server was very attentive and friendly, offering to bring another salad... when I asked for a plate to remove the excess cheese. The start of the show for me was the shrimp and grits. Nice size shrimpwhile the grits were prepared differently than I was used to but very good. The spice was pregnant and not too overpowering. Love the decor of the restaurant. Very chill spot. The bartender was sweet and knowledgeable of the menu. We started with the... blt dip, Mango margarita for me, and jameson with ginger for my husband. My husband had the meatloaf with green beans and I hadthe ribeye with mashpotatoes. Nice restaurant. Food prices were affordable. Appetizers - lobster tots (it was giving California sushi vibes), Meatloaf... sliders (delicious! Highly recommend), mozzarella sticks (good). Took a 30min ride to try this place. I ordered the crab cakes NO crab detected Just a whole lot of breading with peppers no... seasoning. So I also ordered the shrimp in pasta that comes with 2 sides but they only gave me 1. If I didn?t drive 30 min Iwould have took it all back. Spending $30+ on a meal I just knew I would be in heaven. I will say the pasta was good but itupset me to have some of the juice from my greens in my pasta. Read more
