My fiance and I both ordered meals with the word "chicken" in the name (buffalo chicken mac and parmesean crusted chicken) via... doordash. It gave us the option to add chicken at an extra charge. Assuming this was an extra portion we chose no. The mealsarrived without chicken at all. We called the store to ask why, we got a very rude employee that treated like we were stupid toassume the meals would include chicken at no extra cost, even though chicken was in the name of the meals.
