Ordered online through the app, waited the allotted time, went to the store to pick up my food and could not get in because the... doors were locked, I could only pick up my pre-ordered food through the drive-thru, they had employees going in and out thedoors to cars that were full of people outside (they were their friends) but weren't letting people in. Satin drive-thru forover a half an hour just waiting to get my food with only eight cars sitting in front of me. Not a good experience, not goodservice, food was cold by the time we got it over an hour later then the time I ordered it. They claimed it was because theydidn't have enough staff but that doesn't mean they should lock their doors. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
