I came here on my lunch break and had placed my order ahead. I was so excited for bagels (they?re my guilty pleasure). When I... arrived, only part of my order was ready, but that wasn?t a huge problem. I patiently waited as they got my bagel ready (I hadordered a dozen and then one bagel with cream cheese). The girl came out with the bagel and cream cheese that I was planning tohave for lunch. Telling me it was super hot, I allowed her to put it in my bag of bagels. When I got back to my office and satdown to eat my wonderful bagel, I found it to be oddly cold. In my mind, I thought, she said it was super hot? No. It wasFROZEN.
