I would give no stars if I could, I went to the drive thru around 10pm and ordered the Diablo dare meal but switched it from the... roast beef to the chicken sandwhich and then added on a separate sandwhich and a side. At the window the cashier Taylor wasvery loud as the rest of the staff as they were all inside laughing, she didn?t stop laughing to ask what condiments I neededwhich I thought was unprofessional but I ignored it, after waiting 10ish minutes I got my food but not my milkshake which camefree with the dare meal and I said i thought it came with a milkshake and then she said the machine wasn?t working and juststared at me then after the awkwardness asked if she could get me something else (I wouldn?t have ordered the spicy meal if Iknew the milkshake machine was down) but I didn?t want a drink I wanted a milkshake but since it was free I just said it wasfine and left. When I got home my separate sandwhich was missing and my Diablo dare sandwhich which was the roast beef and notthe chicken like I ordered so I didn?t end up eating dinner that night, since it was already late and I picked it up on theopposite side of town. I contacted customer service twice on the website and got no response which it has been weeks now, so Iwill not be returning, this has been the worst customer service/food error experience I have had at arbys. I?ve also worked infast food for 5 years so I give everyone the benefit of the doubt because I know mistakes happen but no one has tried to fix itso it?s a no in my book. Read more
The restaurant was out of roast beef. I ordered chicken instead. The classic Christmas chicken sandwich was quite good and... they're buffalo chicken sandwich with yummy as well. Everything came hot and fresh and I did not wait long. Read more
