My first time eating here, will be my last. Should've trusted my gut and got HotHeads instead. Saw this place on UberEats and... figured I would give it a try, I'm fat so naturally, I liked the idea of tots on a burrito bowl, but EVERYTHING in my bowl wasburnt, tots (pictured) looked like lumps of coal, the rice was burnt and so crunchy, chicken was so dry, black beans were somushy, just everything went wrong with my order. Was so excited to pass this location as I?ve always had a great experience at the Athens location. I love the loaded burrito,... but unfortunately today it came out cold, dry, and had zero flavor. I?ll give them this? the order is exactly what I ordered. Both sauces, burrito was well wrapped, but good lord. The Philly... burrito tasted like trash. The beef was old (tasted like it was beyond spoiled) and the remaining ingredients were brown. Iwould not recommend and good luck trying another burrito. Read more
Pretty poor experience, rice was crunchy and undercooked, burrito was overall lacking in flavor. Up charges for meats and sauces... aren?t clearly stated on the menu.
