Blonde girl who works there with long nails and tattoos couldnt tell us whether the eggnog in the Eggnog Chai was real "Uhhh I... don't know it just comes out of that bottle" and points at 50 different bottles on the counter. Turns out it was syrup. Both herand the guy she was working with acted like they had no idea what was going on. Like they were stoned ouf of their minds. I have had several bubble teas and this location had the least tasteful boba tea. I ordered the chai milk tea with regular boba.... The bubbles were extremely gooey and felt like phlegm not bubbles. It felt like slime when sucked through the straw. I don'tknow what was done wrong. The chai tea also was not tasty at all. Service was great but product could have been better. Read more
This was our first time ever trying milk tea, and it will be our last. We got chai with tapioca & matcha with strawberry and... blueberry. Everytime we go to Polaris this place is backed up with people. Ordered a green machine. It was basically ice and spinach. I... have ordered these countless times at other locations, so I have a good reference. I complained and was told "the manager makesthese...we just add ice." So, evidently even the manager doesn't know how to make the drinks. I asked for a refund...it tookso long, i said nevermind. Slow, incompetent, and poorly managed. Read more

The wait, the wait is aggravating. Only to finally get to the register to be told "we're out of tapioca", "it'll be atleast 5... minutes, do u want to wait?", to which I replied, "we love to wait, we've waited this long already!" I did receive a smalldiscount for the inconvenience, but, how bout u fix the problem??? Seriously, I saw atleast 5 employees that were in no hurryto do anything.
