The online menu was a lie. My family was visiting from out if town and we planned to try this restaurant for 2 weeks. They had... NOTHING. 2/5 advertised appetizers. 3 very plain burger choices instead of the large variety the menu showed. We wasted 35minutes driving here. We did not stay. I wish I could give them -3 stars for wasting my time with their false advertisement.Just awful. Read more
Service was slow, but I think there were only 2-3 people working the whole joint. Fries were good, the rest of the food was... lackluster. Only ate here since we were staying at the hotel it is located inside of. One good thing is that kids eat freewith and adult meal purchase. Read more
Horrible service and overpriced food, and very limited menu. Prices of drinks aren?t listed on the menu and soft drinks are... $7.50 which you are lucky if they refill your drink. My wife ordered a hamburger that came out severely raw. Waitress andbartender were heard arguing throughout the restaurant. Gave us the bill which they overcharged us. Definitely won?t be back. Although I had the grilled chicken, which was tender juicy and very flavorful without tasting salty, I noticed a few others with... burgers and they looked just as delicious. The fries were a little heavy on the seasoning but still crispy in all the rightspots. Burger Theory is located inside the Holiday Inn, but even still, it had it's own charm without being over powered by thehotel atmosphere. The bar tender was quick attentive, and courteous. Great service all around. The beer selection was greatranging from IPA to darker brews and local brands. A nice off the beaten path spot, in Columbus. Read more

Best pancake we have had. The Burgers we great. Our servers were very nice and friendly. Readable priced.
