I'm beginning to not like chipotle as much anymore. Prices are too High for the small amount of meat they give you. That's... always been my gripe with them. You should get a full spoon scoop of meat, not half of a spoonful. The customer service stinksat most of the restaurants I've visited. It's just not for me for what I pay. The three female workers were all rude and unprofessional. First, they were openly complaining about Chipotle customers in front... of me. Second, they short changed me my money. The total of my meal came out to $38.10 and I paid with a $50. I should'vereceived $11.90 in change but only received $11. I went to the cashier and she didn't even apologize for the mistake. And theyall rolled their eyes at each other in front of me. I've worked as a waitress in a restaurant so I am willing to understandtheir attitude, but I really hope management retrains these women because they basically attempted to steal my money. I knowit's a common practice in the restaurant biz to avoid change in coins but you never round down- you always round up. The staff was rude to my family. They made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by simply eating in the restaurant... (sarcastic remarks and eye rolls). Combine the poor attitudes of the staff with cold, stale chips....and it just wasn't a greatexperience. Find a different chipotle. Read more

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in ever. I asked to have a towel to clean the tables myself and was... told they were too busy to clean the tables. The food areas were filthy, I am concerned about consuming the food here andallowing my children to eat it. It was busy but not that busy, there is no excuse for the disgusting environment. The personmaking the food coughed on their gloved hand made my food. There were no napkins. I work in the service industry this is totallyunacceptable.
