Got a 2 because the chicken caprese entre salad was AMAZING, that was a 5+. Now, the rest of the story. Customer service was... subpar, but we are beginning to expect that. Wife got the Italian salad, one problem, hardly any lettuce in the salad. We alsoordered a medium Works Pizza, the only request I has was asked for it to be well done. I get its conveyor belt pizza, so runningwith through twice should achieve my simple request. Instead, we received a pizza with doughy crust, onions that were stillhard, and truthfully, a pizza that was not very warm. On June 9th at 7:46 pm I ordered a 14" pepperoni pizza, big don sub, cookies and a soda to be delivered at 8:27 pm. I decided to... wait for the order by our door at about 8:00 pm because delivery people have a hard time finding our address. At 8:18 pm Ireceived the email confirmation that the pizza left the building. At 8 :49 I called Donatos because the order had not beendelivered yet. I was told by whomever answered the phone that the pizza had just left the building. Fine, I'm ok with that. At8:54 I recieved a call from a lady saying that the ordered had been delivered and left outside since the door hadn't beenanswered. I had been standing by the door for an hour now so I knew this was not true, no one had even approached the door. Ichecked outside anyway, no pizza. She then put the delivery driver on the phone, who proceeded to accuse me of lying. He said Ihadn't answered the door bell (which was never rung as he was not at my apartment), left the order on 2 boxes on my porch (I hadno boxes on my porch all day), and that there was no yellow car in front of our building. (That yellow car is mine and a markerI try and use to help delivery people find our building. My car was parked directly in front of the path that led to mybuilding). He got mad and handed the phone back to the lady, who I think was a manager. I explained that he may have deliveredthe order, he didn't deliver to the right address. She asked if I wanted the order remade and delivered, which I declined. Shestated she would refund our money and recredit my free pizza. As of today, this has not been done. Have the size of all the boneless wings been cut in half? These have to be the smallest wings I've ever received from any... restaurant. I have no complaints on the taste and cook of them or the pizza but wings this small is a kids chicken nugget. Read more
