Fantastic pizza! Every time I come back to Ohio, I have to eat here! I wish there was a Donatos in North Carolina... I know... you can get it at Red Robin, but it's not the same as a real Donatos. Read more
I normally don't write reviews and I wish i could put negative Zero stars. But after what happened last night 9-30-2022 to be... exact I placed my online order at 546 pm, the online tracker stated will be delivered in approx 35-45 minutes. So the firsthour goes by and I think well its ok its friday evening they are busy. By about 2 hour mark I call the store I get no answer iteven goes for about 10 minutes i am waiting then I can tell someone picks up the phone then hangs it up abruptly. I attemptedto call back numerous times over 6 attempts (still no answer) Fast forward after 5 hours ( yes over 5 hours ) and notgetting my order ( by now its around 950pm). I do not even find out about my order by the store (because no one would answerthe telephone) I get a message from a door dash delivery person saying they have no food for them to pick up. By this time iam beyond upset / angry for waitng so long etc. Finally by about 1047 pm i was finally able to speak to the store manager andthey explained about the issues (which I fully understand those kinds of things happen) But I explained to them that what thekind and respectful thing to do was upon finding out they had a systems issue they could have AT LEAST contacted me when theywere aware of the issue and NOT let me wait for over 5 + hours. The main point to this is that while i was pretty angry thepart that made me the MOST upset was they could have called me and let me know that they were having systems issues but NOT onecall. Only at the 1047pm when i finally got an answer. I usually order from this store for the past year and half. I guess Iwill have to go to a different pizza shop. I am beyond dissappointed in the level or lack there of any resemblence of customerservice. Read more
I come to town every few months and get a pizza from here and have to say it is always wonderful. Toppings are abundant and... pizza is always perfectly cooked. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you for restoring my faith in Donatos pizza afterterrible service at another one. I will continue to stop in every few months knowing where to get a good pizza. Read more
Placed my order after repeating it no less than 4 times. Was told my order would be ready in 20 min. When I went back in to pick... up my order, they told me it was never put in. I was told it would be another 20 min! No apology no nothing. Asked and receivedmy money back. Not going to the Donato's on Morse Rd next to Toyota Direct ever again. Read more
