I?m really done taking my time to review these Dunkin chains, hoping they?ll take some of mine and these other people?s concerns... and complaints seriously and CHANGE things. i have contacted the corporate office, even seen some of THEIR bad comments, notresponding to customers, not getting our complaints answered or our problems corrected. I am sick and tired of theoverpriced-subpar products-especially the iced drinks. The rude, unprofessional employees. The incorrectly and inconsistentlymade drinks. i have submitted multiple comments to the store at 5095 W Broad St in Columbus, Ohio. It?s a franchise. And to thecorporate office. Both have now BLOCKED CUSTOMER REVIEWS. i stopped going for awhile, then my son drove there one day last weekand I got a great Pumpkin Spice Signature Iced Latte! Then I got one a few days later, thinking they had hired better people &trained them all to make them the same, and ordered oat milk, was charged a whole dollar more (WHO DOES THAT? it?s a tinyamount!) then proceeded to drink it and suffer later with the same effects that dairy gives me and oatmilk does NOT. i suspectoatmilk was NOT used. So my son surprised me with a drink today. It tastes nothing like pumpkin. Or spice. Just cold coffee withno foam on top. I went back to have it corrected, only to find they close their store at 7:00 pm because ONLY minors work thereafter 7:00 pm every night. NOT SAFE!! Parents need to be told. No manager on duty after 7:00 pm! There is actually one youngerguy who works afternoons/nights that is a great employee, he?s always friendly and polite. He is a younger boy with dark, curlyhair. He is always, consistently, professional and polite. If anyone is wondering or snickering about all the ALL CAPS, it?sbecause i?m fed up. this is absolutely the last time i?m going to this chain. They?re all the same here in Columbus, Ohio.Awful. #boycottDunkin until they improve! if ever. Read more
This is just a self serve Dunkin inside a gas station. Went there at 8:30pm to get a coffee but they weren't serving any coffee... anymore. I expected they were since it's hours were listed as closing at 11pm. I don't know what times they actually have coffeeavailable and I won't be back to find out. Read more
I literally am out of town have a pounding heading and drove 40 min to get here. No sign outside but there is dunkin inside. Im... so excited i go in and theres coffee i pour and make my two xl cups and one only fills half so I ask if any of the others workas I grab mine, its ice cold. She said ?its empty and I aint making any.? So I said well I want these I dont care if they arecold. I got one and a half cups of ice cold coffee for almost 4.00. Yes she made me pay for it even though it would have beendumped. Terrible! Read more
