The best Little Caesars I've had. It's surprisingly as good as some local providers and for less than half the price. Granted,... they don't always answer their phone and most of the time the app doesn't work for online orders. However, when you're able toget a pizza it's *almost* always great! Read more
I got italian cheese sticks, the sticks we're super skinny and much much smaller then they usually are. I tried to eat it and... realized the underneath was wet, soggy, and undercooked. It was so gross. Not to mention, I went to another lil Ceasars beforethis one, and they were out of cheesebread, I said are you serious? As I was walking out, I Said ugh, story of my life. As Iwas going to get in my car, I see a employee holding another employee back, Nd her screaming, but she called you a b****, whichI did nothing of the sort. If I could give no stars I would. Worst location. I have tried to order here 3 times. Twice there phones just rang and rang and... there website said online ordering wasnt available at the time. So this 3rd time I figured I'd try once more. Placed my orderonline at 755pm. Get an email at 818pm that they cancelled my order and refunded my money. No reason or apology. I get to thestore and they just tell me it was cancelled. No reason didnt even offer to make me something else. Just you were refunded so. Istill want pizza that I will pay for, but apparently they dont want my business, so never again. Good luck staying in business. Read more
Got their new old world pepperoni fance pizza on Thursday 8/4 and a extra most bestest. I also got 2 ICBs. They didn't do the... pizza how they were supposed to. The old world one was to have close to 100 peps if not more on it and they only placed 5 so Ihad asked about it and explained I would like to have the pizza the way it says on the menu. When I said something they tookboth pizzas and had placed a new one in then tried to not give me the extra most bested back so I had to keep saying somethingabout where the pizza was. And I explained I would like to have all the pizza I paid for. I understood that it was close to 9but I had been there since 8:30pm waiting on my food. I got home to find the extra most bestest looked like the regular pizzas.I wasn't to happy with the situation and was getting a bit annoyed to have to keep repeating myself. Shouldn't sell pizzas atthis place of you can not provide what the customer paid for and the employees need to be trained better. The customer servicewas just plain terrible. They kept on walking off and ignoring customers. It was out right rude and horrible. I recommend littleceaser somewhere else and not the one on Hudson Street. Read more

The owner of this place should consider rolling up their sleeves & getting into this place bcus honestly it?s a good location.... But kinda tired of getting there to discover I can only order basic pizza. I placed on online order for 8:15 they close at 9 Ithought that?s plenty of time since I made the order at about 7:30. But nope, they say they don?t have deep dish yet the websiteis pushing the agenda. So they hang up on me & just refund the money. It?s the principle! I literally frequent this place & whenyou walk in a hour before they close they will make it clear to you all you can get is ?hot & ready? which usually means old &dried out. Smh great for LUNCH but forget about dinner just go to DOMINOS like I just did. Better pizza anyway & I only spent 4more dollars than I would have & it was the TIP! Read more
