Yup! This is a McDonald's. You know how awesome they are, your kids won't eat anything else. This is one of the best locations.... Eat here because I said so! It's yummy food and super fast service. Read more
Quite upset I had gone through the drive thru to pick up my boyfriend's mobile order and wanted to place an order of my own,... given poor customer service. I could barely understand the order taker, I had to tell her 4 times I wanted to place an order andshe kept telling me to go to the second window. I finally had to ask for someone else to take my order and she laughed at me.While I was sitting in drive-thru my boyfriend had called the store and the manager on duty copped an attitude and said I'mtaking her order now and hung up on him." When I got the orders, his order was incorrect... sandwiches were missing the cheesethat was paid extra for. The guy at the window asked what the issue was, I had explained and he took the sandwiches just to makesure that the tag on the sandwiches was reading correctly by what I was saying. The manager that had taken my boyfriend's callwas standing next to him and her comment was "now what's their problem with their order?" I will NEVER return back, customerservice skills definitely need to be worked on by the management team! Read more

Drive Thru Cashier was very rude!! Got a large iced coffee with Carmel and paid for Xtra too but still tasted like straight... coffee!! Holiday pies were hard and had a thick nasty film over it and the mcdouble had a crispy bun with hard dried up cheeseand this was on a tue at 12:10p.m. u would think they would b busy enough not 2 get old food!!
