Had a unacceptably long wait. Repeatedly had to state order in drive thru. Had them remake a pumpkin spic latte as it literally... had noooo pumkin spice at all. Second time the food was brought out after 25 actual minutes of waiting it was still wrong be weleft anyways. Read more
What a disappointment! If there was an option to rate with zero stars, I would! The only great thing about this experience is... the new remodel and the new kiosk ordering system. Other than that I do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to visit this restaurant! As soonas I walk in to the store, I felt unwelcomed into the restaurant, there was no greeting and there was nobody behind the frontcounter. It seemed that they all wanted to joke around in the back instead of serving a paying customer. So I had to resort toordering with the kiosk system (fortunately had those available. Once I placed the order, I noticed that one of the workersfamily members walked into the lobby. As soon as they take their first few steps, a worker walked right to the register. Thatwas so humiliating, I felt so disrespected. As they are talking, I notice that my order still has not been started (this was 5mins after being ordered). The only thing I ordered was a quarter pounder meal. 25 minutes later I received my meal, there isnothing fast food about this place. Another thing that I noticed about this location is how nasty the lobby was (as shown inthe photo attached). It seems that lobby has not been mopped in days, tables were not wiped down and there was still an orderthat was left on the table with fries left under the table. With COVID being in effect, I would think that this staff would makeit a priority to keep the store clean. This staff seems to not care about their customers. NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK TO THIS TOSTORE. The most RUDE person taking orders through the drive thru!!! You ask a question about what a bundle is and she says ?what?... twice, so I asked slower thinking I was talking too quickly for the speaker to pick up. She make a rude comment about how Idon?t need to talk like she?s dumb. She then talks so quickly in return and says something about the McDouble that I ordered.And then says you ordered a McDouble. And I ask ?Isn?t that what you first said?? She then tells me to go somewhere else.Several times. I?ve never been treated so rudely by dine one who the way they get paid is by being courteous to the customerssince that?s how the business stays open and they get a pay check.
