Customer service is always horrible at this location it doesn't matter how nice you are to them they do not give you back the... same energy. They can never seem to get the order rights the food is always cold. Read more

Spent 37 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered a steak bagel meal with an orange juice and a burrito meal with an iced coffee. Got... to the window and he hands me a bag with only the sandwich and burritos. So I say I need my hash browns. They get me the hashbrowns. And I say I need my drinks, and he asked what I had so I repeated what I had. The manager told the employee that he hadalready given him them and asked him what he did with them. So he makes my iced coffee (which is disgusting) and hands it to meand I say I need my orange juice. Mind you my infant has been screaming for about 10 minutes at this point. So he says ok giveme a minute. Is gone for 5 minutes and cones and asks if I?d like something else and I finally say never mind forget it my babyis screaming. I?ll never go back. I?ll drink the extra 10 minutes to go to another one. Read more
The service here wasn't the best, everyone seemed to be preoccupied with ear buds in or on their phone. Simple orders were... easily messed up. The bathroom has a lock on it that you have to ask management to open, there is not a paper Towel dispenserinside, the soap dispenser was broken. There is no ketchup dispenser and they barely give you any ketchup packets. Read more

I went through the drive thru, ordered, then waited a considerable amount of time to pay. I was then charged the wrong amount... for the wrong order and when I brought the error to their attention, the manager was brought back and he then said that I hadobviously gone to the window to order to skip the line and that he hated people like me. As he continued to berate both me andthe poor lady working the cashier station, he told her to shut the window because he didn't like when customers heard himyelling at/to staff. Once the window was opened, I was given a refund for the original error, which was not a problem, mistakeshappen, but then he refused to correct the issue by taking my order and said I had already taken up too much of their time inthe drive thru by skipping the line. This person should never manage people or work with customers in any situation, at anypoint, ever. He was by far the most unprofessional (yes I'm aware of the location and the job) person I have ever seen in aleadership role of any kind. This was really an easy problem to solve by simply asking a couple of questions from two differentpeople and it would have been figured out, instead of flying off the handle at a customer and a staff member.
