This place needs new management. They never have the ingredients, they never have enough staff to provide a good service, the... last 4 times I have been there they had excuses to not sell sandwiches, broken oven, no ingredients, nobody working on thatsection so no sandwich, from now on, gonna drive to the other Panera o buy something else. Their store doesn't open until 9 am although Google says they are open now (7:45 am). Every time I come here, they are closed.... They either aren't open yet or closed for the day. I think the sign says they are closed Sundays and Mondays. Their hours don'tmake sense to me. They specialize in breakfast-like food but they don't open until 9 am and then they close at 7 pm. I'd love toactually get the chance to go here for a bagel before work but I guess that will never happen lol Read more
