I?m a creature of habit and have probably had Panera 100 times this year. I get it every day for lunch. This is the only Panera... I?ve had a problem with. The dressings for salad are always only a quarter full, so I have to ask for extra just to get aregular amount. The pastry?s are 8/10 times stale, and something is usually missing in my order. I?ve started going 15 minutesout of my way to go to the Panera on 5 points. There is a NOTICEABLE difference in the quality of the food and service. Read more
I used to go to Panera with some regularity but slowly stopped going because a lot of the items seem microwaved and not fresh or... high quality. I hadn't ordered ordered food from Panera in a couple years but saw they had new menu items so decided to give itanother try. I ordered for me and my brothers and waited about 15 minutes for the food. The items appeared correct in the bagbut when I got home and opened it my order was completely wrong and not something I like. I ordered a hot sandwich with chickenand was given a cold vegetarian sandwich. Oh, and they didn't offer me a receipt or put one in the bag either, so it would toughto get a refund or anything. I came through the drive-thru today and ordered a pick 2 with an extra baguette. I checked my bag before driving completely away... from window and noticed they forgot my extra baguette, which I was charged for, so I back up to the window and asked for theextra baguette I had ordered. Both of the drive-thru employees then argued with me that there was two in the bag, to which Iresponded by asking if the two girls would like to check my bag because it certainly was not in there. They made a weird faceand refused to look. After continuing to argue for a little longer, they finally gave me the extra baguette I paid for. Ordered through the app for curbside, after waiting for 10 minutes they hadn?t brought it out to me and it said it was ready so... I went in the store to get it. They didn?t include my drink with my order. The employees were rude. I tried to be nice when Icame in. I understand if they were busy and just couldn?t bring it out but there were employees standing around and doingnothing when I came in. I asked politely if my order was ready and they told me they didn?t know and to ask someone else. I come here for 2 reasons - more often than not to pick up my own online orders and secondly to pickup for Doordash customers.... Not sure if the employees just hate Doordashers but they are always RUDE to me regardless of whether I am picking up my ownorder or someone else?s. I get it - your job sucks? so does mine. But that isn?t a reason to treat other people like garbage. Upper management should explain to them them that sometimes the delivery drivers are also paying customers. Read more
