Amazing! What an awesome meal. Just keep in mind, the budha bowls they make have nothing to do with Italy or Italian street... food. I've had food from the Northern German speaking part of Italy in the dolomite region all the way south to Sicily and westof Rome in the island of Sardinia. No one makes budha bowls or even salads similar to what they sell here. But they do havepasta. Amazing food.
