Press grill is one of the best kept secrets in the Short North. It's been here for longer than most. Any other business and has... remained mostly the same since it opened. I've been going to it almost religiously for the last 16 years and it's always feltlike home. The food is good. Very inexpensive. The atmosphere is quaint laid back non-pretentious like a lot of other places inthe short north. If you're looking for a bar with good food and good prices that's laid back and everyone is pleasant and kind.This is the place for you. I've made more friends here than I have anywhere else in the short north. Just having a cheeseburger.Definitely stop by because it's one of the best places in the city! Read more

I had high hopes because this place had good reviews. Went there on a busy Sunday night. I noticed EH Taylor (a very good... bourbon) on the menu. I asked the waitress if they had it which she replied yes. After waiting awhile (because they were busyand short staffed) I watched her searching for it among the bourbon collection and then she poured something else. She servedit as if nothing happened and didn't mention anything. I told her it didn't taste correct and requested to see the bottle. That never happened. I also ordered a steak that was overcooked.
