The options offered shows subway has stepped up their game. However, if I'm spending $11.19, I expect my order to be... absolutely correct when o order on the app! I ordered the chicken bacon ranch no bready bowl. It's supposed to be Rotisseriechicken. I was given fried chunks and what looked like the inside part of the fried chicken pulled into tiny pieces. I orderpeppercorn ranch. It looks like it's regular ranch with a TON of pepper put on top. Choosing healthy options is important in mylife as a diabetic. I expect my meal to be prepared correctly. Otherwise, I am going to choose other healthy options at arestaurant than can get my order right. This is the second time they have messed up our order significantly. Read more

We went to the west broad st location about 7:0pm. I bought 3 subs and something to drink, spending about $30 asked to use the... bathroom just to wash my hands and was told that the bathroom was not for the public, I am very disappointed that payingcustomers cannot even use the restroom to wash their hands before eating. Overall that is very unsanitary and unsafe. Side note,if you had no paying customers, where would the restaurant be, someone needs to seriously reconsider how this is managed. Read more
