I helped a colleague order online for a pick up and the final receipt did not match the online order. My colleague picked it up... and when she went to eat it and found it wrong, so she called and requested the sandwich be remade. I returned with the receiptand sandwich. After I spoke with a worker, the likely manager did not approach me but rather spoke to me across the room. ?Wecan?t give you a refund, we can only remake the sandwich.? I responded that, ?she (the worker I spoke to) is remaking thesandwich.? Even with the order in hand, it was not toasted as requested and the second cheese that did not make the receipt wasignored.
