Yummmm. This was soooo good. Even though they literally forgot THREE rolls we ordered...and after we were done with this we... asked about them and they didn't even ask if we wanted them made (it was the ONE roll my 9 year old specifically went there*sunday morning#2* for and the one that my boyfriend really wanted *Caterpillar*, plus a 3rd I had wanted to try.*SundayMorning*) they just removed them from the bill without asking if we wanted them made. They were cooked fish and / or deep friedso leftovers would have been fine if we took some home. Our server we placed the order with brought the food then we never sawher again , we never got checked on to where we could inquire about the missing rolls. My daughter's water was completely emptymajority of the meal and my boyfriend and I would have liked refills of hot water for more hot tea as we each only had one cupas well. Another lady ended up bringing our check to us which was the first time we had a chance to ask about the missingrolls. Then a gentleman manager came over and asked what we were missing and I'm not sure he believed us because 3 entire rollsall rang in were missing. So they just returned the bill to us with those 3 taken off and they did apologize but I feel likethey should have asked if we still wanted them or not. Disappointing service but great and beautiful sushi that we did havenonetheless. I've had sushi factory many times before , typically carry out, and have always loved it. We still tipped over 22%of our bill of course. Left 80 our bill was 62and some change. Update! Upon inspecting my photos we were only missing TWOrolls! I was expecting large pieces of eel on top of the Caterpillar roll and didnt realize that's what it was. My sincereapologies!!! The other 2 rolls were still missing along with any service. Read more

Form left to right, California roll, Alaska roll, and Sunday morning roll 2. You must try Sunday morning roll 2. You will never... regret. It is super delicious. Alaska roll is uncooked and it?s taste is okay, not bad. But I do not like California roll. Itwas dry. Also, there was a waiter who was old, she was very rude and rough handle. My friend asked something her, and she pushedmy friend to sit down the chair. We warned her but nothing was changed. Read more

I've been here 4x. The food is very good, atmosphere is inviting. For the food I give them a 4 star. For their service, which... is very, very slow I give them a 2 star. Each time I've come, my hopes are that they have faster service. Today, 5/21, I'vewaited literally 55 minutes for my sushi and all I have is 2 rolls. I had to request something else so that I could eatsomething. Really disappointed in their lack of attention to faster service. Please do better Update: Manager discounted forthe wait....but the service must get better. Read more

Our waitress was so sweet and patient with us, and it?s great sushi for the price! Definitely not gourmet, but can?t complain... for 50% off a reasonable price. I just wish they didn?t use as much sauce. Read more

The Best experience where I was treated like queen for a day! ;) is my Birthday .. I have been waiting and wanting to come here... and the food and Service is like none other. Ordered crab Rangoon, gyoza, the Tower, spicy shrimp tempura roll, yakisoba,hibachi teriyaki, grapefruit soju, and desserts mango and green tea!!! Yes it was a lot and had to take some to go :) willdefinitely be a regular! Don?t miss out this is the place to visit for all occasions! Read more
