This chain has really gone downhill! My last 3 visits to this store have ended in utter disappointment. They love taking your... money but couldn't care less if you get your food. Spend nearly $40 here tonight and only got about HALF the food I ordered. Totop it off, they don't give a receipt so if you try to complain they don't have to do anything to help. Terribly disappointedto see one of the only fast food joints I still visit do such a poor job. Read more
The taco bell 7960 worthington galena road needs to be shut down. They lie and say they are out of products just so they don't... have to cook.. I'm a General Manager when we are out of something we don't just go without sales,no reach out to another storeand borrow items, then we adjust our par levels to ensure we don't make the same mistake twice. . I visited the worthingtongalena location just to be told they were out of beef and chicken, I told them I wanted 20 steak tacos instead and they refusedto make my order so I refused to leave the drive thru line eventually the manager who came outside to smoke a cigarette decidedto call the police on me due to them refusing to make my order.. I will never visit the worthington galena store again.. I thenvisited the polaris location and they had everything even Mexican pizzas.. my meal was amazing amazing so was my service. MORGAN was working the window that night and the whole team was working hard and mostly due to the other location refusingservice. Please fire the manager at the worthington galena location.. I have shared my issues with the galena location with myfamily, Co workers and people in my community and we've all agreed not to give the worthington location another dime we will allvisit this location instead. Was willing to give this location another try after previously having a not-so-friendly experience here a year ago, and boy oh... boy, do I regret it! Where to begin? Website says the location is open for Drive-Thru, Delivery and DINE-IN. I placed my orderthrough the app as I was leaving work from a place nearby. I walked up here, I didn't drive. My ride wouldn't be for anotherhalf hour. On the app, the options for receiving my order were Drive-Thru and Grab'n'Go, I selected the latter. When I getthere, is their lobby open? NOPE! Doors are locked! So, I'm forced to sit outside on the curb in the parking lot for half anhour to wait or my ride to get here. As I'm not about to embarrass myself by WALKING up to a DRIVE-THRU window, where Icertainly would've been figuratively told to pound sand. When my ride finally gets here, we pull around to the drive-thru, andwe ask why their lobby is locked. "There's only a few of us here." the lady at the window says. Yes, and it takes a minimum ofONE of you to operate the lobby! Unacceptable! But my troubles don't end there. As my order had been sitting there for half anhour, it was obviously no longer hot, the bag was excessively taped shut, and the juices from the meat in my Chalupa had bled ahole through not only its wrapper, but the bag too! So, I'm left with a soggy, room temperature order where the only thing Iactually enjoyed was my Mountain Dew: Baja Blast. So yeah, NEVER going to this location again, I'll stick with the locationjust over at Worthington Park Center, they've been alright recently. And don't even get me started on the location just over onNorth High Street! Read more
