Thursday October 6th 2022 1:26pm not a soul working literally nobody taking orders at drive thru I drove to the window thinking... the speaker was broke to see a guy on his phone texting. This location has been through it, let me tell you! From the management changes, to shortages with products. I have to give 4/5... starts only because this location is getting better every time I been going lately. I told the drive thru people that it makesme happy to get great service and food now. I have had many bad experiences that I never acted on because there next time I go Ialways change my mind and leave with a smile. It's nice to be treated like a human and familiarity now a days and even lastnight they didn't give me my cinnabons we ordered when we went on the motorcycle, I know when I go back and tell someone I willget an apology and they will make up for it. What is up with closing down for 20 minutes I?ve never went to a fast food place and then talking about they are going to close... for 20 minutes. Every time I come the drive thru lights are off, I assume so people can think there close. And now there sayingthey can only take orders of 25$ max. Just letting anyone in here know if anyone goes at night around 8 or after you won?t get your food. They either say their... computer is down or they don?t even answer you even though you can hear them talking in the back. So even though it says itcloses at 3 pm, you just won?t get your food after 8 or 9 so don?t waste your time like I did. Read more
