Normally I would give any stars I have not been to this Taco Bell in over a year bc every time I went I was greeted with... disrespect. So the girl that was working tonight came over the intercom & surprised the hell outta me. She was very sweet. Ialso made sure I complimented her & said If she is there I?ll return. Read more
Probably one the worst tacos bells I have ever been to when it comes to customer service, performance, and... professionalism. Walking in about 3 or 4 employees are out front on the clock messing around yelling profanities at one anotherand what seems to smell much like weed coming from the male employee working around 1:30 pm. You could clearly smell it from himspecifically from about 6 ft. Away. Not clean shaven or even well kept facial hair, no beard net, hickey on his left side of hisneck. All (even the manger) of them, expect the two actually working at the time did not have there shirts tucked in showingskin/ underwear. As I walked in only 2 employees are actually working needing help. The manager did come out to say somethingabout them getting back inside. As they walked in it was more profanity, I was walked past while at the counter, not evengreeted nothing. Finally after several minutes I get to order, this is the reason why this location gets a 2 star instead of a1 because the food was as expected and didn?t taste bad or was messed up in anyway. While eating one woman was taking a drivethrough order, extremely rude to the customer on the other end could not take the order correctly and kept asking ? ok, is thatall? after every item the customer ordered. Using even more profanity?s in front of guest and while the manager is doing a hireon! Suggestions would be instead of saying ?is that all?? Say ?ok, what else can I get you today?? Make sure the lobby isstocked and clean, reframe from using profanity?s while at work in front of or towards guests. Come dressed to work instead ofdressing like your going to lounge around your house. We go here regularly. The managers are very nice and professional as well as most of the staff. They have no problem fixing... orders if they were shorted or not up to customer standards. Read more
Food is good and usually right on what you order, but if you go late at night even though they say they are open, they aren?t.... No one answers the drive thru even though there people there and in order to get you to leave without them saying anything theyshut the lights out inside so you?ll roll out. This place is SO hit or miss. The food was good but no drinks or grilled items AGAIN. We waited in line 20mins with 2 cars in... line. Last week we came and they actually came out at night and said it'd be 30mins wait cuz they were in break. Our tacos thenhad literally a half teaspoon of toppings each on all 12.
