This is a fun place to have a meal where you get to 'cook' your meat and veggies. We decided to try The Melting Pot as this was... our first time in a fondue restaurant. It was Halloween and the waiters were all in costumes, which was not the best thing whenfood is involved ;) Its a 4 course meal with the first course of cheese followed by salad, entree and dessert. We had fun withevery course where the pot was boiling and we had to dip our food to cook before it was eaten. The experience is fun for surebut you need to have time for the entire experience. Pricing : Expensive and a confusing menu. They do customize but ask a lotof questions before you order. Ambience : The restaurant was nice but the table we were give was a corner booth and it was notfun. This location is in the Easton mall and has lots of paid parking. Will I return?: Maybe. I like the concept but may finda better restaurant to enjoy the experience. Read more

If you are looking for a different dining style and have some time to spare, this could be your destination. You can enjoy a... combination of cheese fondues as a starter, then your choice of different proteins that you cook on your table using yourselection of cooking broth and finally conclude with your choice of chocolate fondue… it is a very nice experience but beprepared to spend over 2 hours enjoying the experience, very nice place for that special occasion.. not for large groups Read more

Amazing experience!!! Our server Devon was the nicest in the world. I didn't get everyone's names but several servers and... workers stopped by our table to check on us, refill drinks, etc. and we appreciated it so much!! Boyfriend and I went for ouranniversary and it was perfect. Such a fun and special experience and the portions were just perfect. We did the big night outfor two which was about $50 a person. It was all amazing and our server helped us pick good options since it was my boyfriend'sfirst time there , and my first in a long time. Also the melting pot house salad with their house dressing is one of the bestsalads I've ever had. Food came out super quick and was timed amazing. Our server even made us a cute little plate to celebrateour anniversary. It was a fantastic time and made for an amazing anniversary. We loved every second! If you go make sure to makea reservation and set aside some time to fully enjoy the whole experience. We are usually very quick eaters and we were therefor two and a half hours to finish all the courses and enjoy our time! :) If you want to try it, don't walk, run!! Read more

Getting a reservation is highly recommended. This was an absolutely one of a kind unique experience, if you have not been to a... restaurant like this. It is pretty price (about $100 for two) to do the full four-course meal (or you can come in for just somethings al-la-carte). We went all in and it was honestly an amazing overall experience going through the courses: (1) CheeseFondue - maybe my favorite, the Quattro Formaggio was absolutely delicious. (2) Salads - The signature Melting Pot House salad, fantastic. (3) Entrees - This course is like hot pot, as far as you cooking your own meats in a broth. They are larger chunks ofmeats that you cook for 2-4 minutes. This was honestly my least favorite, as it doesn't feel like the broth imparts much flavor. There are some veggies and fun sauces as well so still a fun experience but the flavor was just good, not great. We picked CoqAu Vin broth with Pacific Rim and Steak Lovers. I think the Teriyaki-Marinated Steak was my favorite (they were sadly out of thetuna for me to try). (4) Chocolate Fondue - We got Flaming Turtle, which for watching them light the liquor on fire is worth itby itself! This was a close tie for favorite with a fantastic selection of items to dip. Overall, I don't know for the pricethat I'd come again but I have ZERO regrets getting to try this experience at least once. Read more

Honestly an unforgettable experience; Both in and good and bad way. Initially arrived before our reservation time, and weren't... sat until about 10 minutes after our reservation. The front lobby had a weird smell and dirty towels/utensils on the floor. Aterbeing sat it took 15 minutes for our server to introduce himself, and approximately an additional 10 for us to get waters! Evenlonger to order drinks, and then food. Waiter did not do a good job explaining how to order, as neither of us had been therebefore. Being completely honest here- the food was extremely good, but had quite a bad experience in every aspect besides thefood itself. Not sure if it was a one off experience, but hopefully it was! Also good thing we didn't have to be anywhere afterbecause what should have been a 1-1.5 hour experience, took over 3 hours. Read more
