I want to be constructive, create a training opportunity. The entire experience was less than what it should be. 1-... Acknowledge people in drive thru, even if you're not prepared to take the order 2- Return credit card immediately afterswiping, don't leave it on the counter for 3 minutes 3- Know the difference between a croissant & English Muffin. Definitely not the best experience. We had to return our breakfast sandwiches twice before they got it right. Cappuccino was... watered down. After everything was worked out, it did taste good . And the employees were friendly. Read more
Ordered an egg and cheese biscuit but they were out of biscuits, so instead we got an egg and cheese croissant. When correcting... the wrong item on the order screen, a second sandwich was added instead of replacing the first, and when we got to the window,we were told there were no breakfast items left, and offered chicken or turkey instead of egg. We were given two regular icecapps, one with 2 cream, instead of 2 oreo ice capps. And our order of 20 tim bits was completely forgotten about after we hadto circle around the drive through, only to have to wait while the oreo ice capps were prepared after arriving back at thewindow. Asked for a medium coffee with 2 hashrbowns. Hash browns nearly broke my tooth trying to eat it so threw it out and the coffee... didn't taste right when I first got it so I asked for the sugar and cream on the side, but they just put More creamer in as ifit'd taste any better so poured that out. Waste of $5.45, rather have gave it to the homeless guy on the block, yknow hewould've made better use of it. Smh Read more
