Unimpressed. One customer in line and I waited 20 minutes or more due to employees being more interested in talking and joking... around. Food came out barely warm. Not good. Hospitality and food basically sucked. Only person doing any work was a man namedMonty. I gave this place another try. What an idiot I am. 11 employees standing around and im the only customer. Everyone seesme but no help until ten minutes later. I asked who the manager was and the person had a tough time answering the question. Whoever the manager is, you may want to get a grip on your store and have employees know who you are. Read more
Hamburgers came out w/ cheese (it?s fine, mistakes happen), but I went in and got it ?fixed? only to find that the cheese was... just taken off of what was given to me (AFTER I specified that I had a dairy allergy and couldn?t just take off the cheesemyself, so I had a minor allergic reaction to the food given to me). Also, they completely forgot to put on my pickles OR bacon(extra cost) or give me the chili sauce I asked for. I was the only person there and it wasn?t close to busy. Insanelydisappointed in the service I received as I was quite literally scammed out of receiving what I paid money for and givensomething with complete disregard for my noted allergies. Absolutely LOVE Wendy's!! I'm not ashamed to admit that I, Steph Collins.. am ADDICTED to Wendy's Fries ???? made with REAL... POTATOES!! EVERY time I drive past a Wendy's restaurant, I can't go past without going through the Drive Thru and ordering aLarge Fry, with 2 sides of Cheese Sauce!!! If you don't know, now you know!! Very clean dining area. Very fast service. Fries were hot, fresh, and crispy. Our sandwiches were very fresh and hot and very... well put together. Very friendly employees. The only problem was the majority of coke products were out and couldn't bedispensed. Other than that it was nice to finally be in a Wendy's that knows how to operate and run like a fast food place.Thank you for your wonderful service please keep up the great work. Read more

Stopped in for lunch ordered at the kiosk. Others were going up to the counter and ordering. The woman that was doing the online... and kiosk orders couldn?t seem to keep her thoughts in order, she repeatedly came back to her screen empty-handed to remindherself what she had just left to get. She must?ve given my order to a DoorDash person because when it said my food was readythere was nothing there. I had to tell her what I ordered so you could find my receipt. All the while I was getting lapped bythe people that waited in line and did not use the kiosk. She had a habit of shoving bags in peoples general direction withoutsaying a word. So when I hesitated to grab the bag she slid near me it must have made her mad. She made the comment that I waslooking at her like she was stupid. I asked her to repeat herself and she just walked away. This was at the peak of lunch hourand it was complete chaos, I get that but the restaurant was filthy The service was slow, at least mine ( from the ride Kiosklady). I would not recommend this dirty restaurant with rude employees. A lot of fast food places are busy at lunch time.That?s no excuse for bad, slow service and rude employees. Read more
