Well there a store on Lebanon rd in Sharonville Ohio and one on Cincinnati Dayton road .two time at each store I got cold fries... the sliders where old and onions where burnt.I grew up eating white castles sliders but .I will never visit a store again .I buymine at Kroger s frozen and heat them up in microwave.they taste fresh and o get my moneys worth .it sorry people to put out oldand cold food. I visited the White Castle in Wentzville, MO and received old sliders. The meat in the sliders was dark brown and semi hard. I... called the location several times and kept getting their voicemail. I left several messages and no one returned my call. Idrive to the location to return the cheese sliders and was refused a refund. The manager there would not talk to me but toldthe employee to tell me they could only exchange them for new cheese sliders. I called corporate several times and filed acomplaint and after being told each time someone would contact me, No one ever did. Read more
