I'm only rating it so low because every time I go when the overnight guy works, he's rude and always messes up orders, even... simple ones. Tonight was the worst. I ordered a normal Jumbo jack cheeseburger, the #4. I got a burger with only mayo, lettuce,and pickles on it. How do you mess that up so bad? And this is only one circumstance. Ask anyone in this town and they'll tellyou never go there when that guy is working. Edit 8/2022 Changing my rating from a 0 star to a 4 star. They are no longer open24/7. This is probably one of THE worsts experiences ive ever had with Jack in the Box. The staff are non-compliant, slow to do their... job (I waited EASILY over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for my order, and they STILL messed it up.) The employees of thisestablishment need to step it up. There was someone on the drive-thru speaker going by the name of Isabelle that had the voiceof a man, pretty sure they were trying to pull a prank on me. I hope that this place gets checked by the Jack in the Box higherups. Shame on you for ruining my day and my lunch. Read more
