Lunch time is busy. The woman that took my order saw me as just another body she needed to push through the line. I don't eat... fast food often so I guess I was not fast enough for her. She didn't give me my cup for my beverage until I got my food and Isaw on my receipt that I should have received a beverage. I had to return to the order line to get my cup. We usually stop at the Columbus WI store due to the large parking lot. The lot also has an area to take our two puppies out for... a walk and run with an extended leash. Since I don't know about the ordinance about fencing, it would be great if an off leashfenced in area could be available. We also prefer Custard over the others. I am a very regular customer, went there last night with my husband for dinner, we waited 25 minutes for our food and when we... got it nothing was even close to being hot. After we ate we decided to get ice cream, he requested cherries for a topping andgot 1 cherries on top for a topping. Really? Read more
Columbus location-Ordered 2 Single deluxe cheeseburgers, 2 orders of pretzle bites and 2 flavor of the day, got cups for drinks... and just assumed it was easier/cheaper to upgrade a meal so we took the drinks and said norhing. Young man threw a bag with onechildren burger in a bag on our table and when i said no he said well thats number 65! When our actual order came out theburgers were doubles with fries, when we spoke up about it we were advised we hadn't been charged for pretzle bites and wecould pay about 5.00 more to get what we had ordered even though we wouldn't be able to eat them (or the fries) now that we haddouble burgers which no correction was offered for. Flavor of the day was peach crisp, tasted like the most artifical sundaetopping slapped on hard granola, got one bite in and trashed it. $30.00 for a burger, fries I couldn't eat a drink I didn't wantand ice cream I wouldn't eat. Do. Not. Come here. Unless you want to be given dirty looks for asking for ranch & also telling the workers that your chili was... cold. I came here with my boyfriends family & my family for dinner. My boyfriend ordered the chili, it tasted like it camestraight out of the fridge. Not warm a single bit. My boyfriends cousin went to tell the workers there so they gave him adifferent one, that one was no different. We went again & finally it was warm, but my boyfriend was not even in the mood for itat that point. My sister & I were given dirty looks for asking for ranch for our food. My sister ordered the Mushroom & Swissburger, the cheese was not melted but that?s not the point. None of our food tasted fresh at all. I am also very disappointed atthe fact that I overheard a worker talking about my boyfriend saying he only wanted a free meal & that the chili was not evencold, some of the other people we were with tasted his chili as well & said the same. We hate complaining about things but thefact that the chili was freezing cold we just had to say something. I?ve been to a few Culver?s in surrounding areas & never hadproblems, we came here because we were in the area & there wasn?t much to choose from at the time we went.
