a a rocking good place when it was Rocko's on the river or before that, The steel head. Its right on the river, you can sit... inside and climate controlled or outside with Jack Sparrow and have a cold one as the sun goes down and your burger is on thegrill!!! They have a new RV place across the street and a boat launch right there. We love to sit on the river side and watchthe boats cruise up and down the river. Read more
OMG!!! Where do I begin.... my best friend and I are spending a weekend out of town. We we're looking to have seafood for dinner... and a bummer that the seafood buffet at colusa casino is closed. So this was the closest we could find to getting some type ofseafood. The food was yummy delicious including both drinks that we tried out. Such a hidden gem. We drove from Plumas lake, Slough House Social was recommended on a local Facebook page & claimed to be worth... the drive... it was! The first thing that caught our attention was the riverfront. We went at night, and you can still see theriver passed their stunning tree in the outdoor dining space. It was a quiet Wednesday night, no live music, and this placestill brought in a lively crowd, offered great food and service. I can only imagine how energetic and fun this spot is on asummer weekend night. Worth the trek & the pricing is competitive! & We will be back to try the entire dessert menu next time!The whole menu looked amazing. Read more
