Really of the hidden Italian restaurants on Long Island. Exceptional food, exceptional service. I recommend any of their dishes,... especially their fungi risotto. Also, good place to take your dates or family for Sunday lunch. Read more
Food was good, not my first time there but it was my first disappointment. Had a 6 Pm reservation, ordered drinks waited about... 25 minutes before ordering and the waiter came and told us he had a party of 17 coming and we had to leave by 7:30. Who doesthat??? Very disappointing. Needless to say we were not ready to leave at 7:30. The party came in and they moved our table. Notthat we would have accepted but nothing extra was offered for our inconvenience. No coffee, dessert, drink, nothing. Thegesture would have been appreciated. They did however apologize. Someone please teach these people how to run a business! They just lost a Commack customer and perhaps many others! Word does travel.. Read more
