This location seems to mess up every single order we have. Something is always wrong, or the food is bad. The last three have... been the worst, so I'm done with this location. On the most recent order all the pizzas were overcooked, chewy, thin, small, &cold. It was like eating old pizza instead of fresh pizza. The pizza sizes have drastically shrunk as well... They are smaller,thinner, with little to no sause & cheese too. Read more

I went to this Papa John's tonight and ordered 2 pizzas, some breadsticks, and two extra cups of marinara sauce. The girl sighed... when we told her that we wanted to order some pizza and reluctantly took our order. I went back inside to use the restroom andthe girl said something towards me and dropped something that she had in her hand and said "oops it's my tourettes" and laughed.She then turned to her coworker and said "haha I've been telling people that I have Tourettes all night" and they both laughedlike it was a joke. I?ve always had a mediocre experience from this store. I keep ordering because their pizza is usually very good despite poor... service. I just ordered from there, and the pizza came out great, but the cheese sticks look more like breadsticks and I can?tget anyone on the phone to get a replacement.
