My brother and I stopped by Jack in the Box for a late lunch. To start things off, the drive thru rep was impatient and rushed... us to complete our order. Second, once we got to the window, the guy that helped us was not very friendly at all. He took ourpayment then gave us our food and just had a not so nice attitude. I was saying thank you and he just walked away with anattitude. Now most fast food places I have gotten some pretty nice people that work there and do their best to give goodcustomer service. Ordered breakfast, one item was a plate with scrambled eggs and French toast sticks with extra syrup. They didn't bother letting... us know they had no syrup. And I'm not sure if they were also out of napkins and silverware you know to eat scrambled eggs butwe also got no utensils or napkins. Couldn't even place a fork in the bag when ordering the loaded tiny tacos, you've got to pay attention to the orders of the... people who come through the drive through, which is too much for some people. I even tried to go inside to just grab a fork andgo on my way but at 745 at night the doors were locked. Jack in the box is normally one of the better fast food restaurants butapparently here in Denver the quality of help is very limited so you've gotta take the best bad you can i suppose. Read more
Every time I visit either my order is wrong or missing something. Last time it was a Chocolate cake for my mother, didn't get... it, called about it and they claimed it was in my order, but they missed a taco as well and didn't recall my order having tacos!I had my receipt too, (how do you think I called) unfortunately they're so slow or short staffed in their dining room (by designit seems) they got me for a tiny, overpriced, dessert!
