I usually love ordering from this papa John's, but today, really did it for me. I ordered some chicken at 8:33pm, got an email... saying it would take 55 minutes. Called them multiple times(12) no answer, and finally the last time I call, they finallyanswer. You know what they tell me. They only have one driver, they've been really busy and after 2 hours your order goes void,meaning your order disappears from the delivery list, they DON'T send out an email saying your order was voided. So you'repretty much waiting for food that's not coming to you. Then when I ask how can I be compensated, the answer is I can't doanything about it. It use to be good here but damm customer service when Down the hill. They never answer the phone to make an order i call like ... 10 times. Last time i got pizza was not cooked well done .
