I have had better customer service in Jail. I ordered ahead in app I show at approximately the time given no drink I wait a few... more mins I ask prep person said no sweat I got you mean time 4 new walk up orders come and go and when I ask, the cashier tellsthe prep person oh we must have gave it away. At this point I say wait make mine and let?s not put anyone in front of me please. The prep person a female grabs the closest pitcher sloped it into a cup slammed it in the counter and gave me the there it islook. And during all this the only male in the place working there was shooing people back and giving them disgusted looks forcoming in to wait. Saying only 6 people very Rudley and dismissive.
