Love this place, you can pile as many veggies you like! And its fresh and yummy!

Regular plate and large plate, you can put as much as stuffs whatever you like as long as plate can hold. Large plate gives you... extra noodles, if you are hungry. Had an order of the Large Bowl (~$12): take-out container sized portion of wok-grilled noodles, veggies (carrots, onions,... broccoli, mushroom, bean sprout, jalapeño, etc.), & protein (e.g. tofu) "cooked to taste", i.e. seasoned with a choice ofgarlic & assorted sauces. Went here with my sister. Food smelled great. My sister ordered two medium entrees to go. Paid and then waited for her food. She... noticed the unsanitary conditions of the bowls of noodles sitting uncovered and food trays laying on top of the noodles. Shedecided she did not want the food. Went back to ask for a refund and the crappy rude manager said she could not give a refund.My sister had not gotten the food. They hadn?t even started making it. The manager Teresa saucedo was so condescending in hertone of speaking that I was in shock. How in the world could she be in the customer service industry and speak so rude to acustomer. She claimed they had a no refund policy that the cashier should have told her. The cashier said nothing about the norefund policy and when I went to read it it stated ? sorry, no return or refund if you change your mind after you put food intobowl. If there are strange objects in the food we will cook new ones or refund?. First thing is why in the heck should they needa no refund policy? And two she never ever touched a bowl or put food into a bowl so this does not apply to her. Please stayaway from this place. I rarely ever right a review. But the lady Teresa was such a jerk I felt I needed to warn people fromthis place. She wouldn?t even share the phone number for the restaurant or the managers name. And dear sungate train yourpeople better and rethink the refund policy. Keep customers happy so they don?t have to right a review just to get the attentionit was only about 16 bucks that needed to be refunded. But this review is here forever. Read more
