Don't even bother with this place. The customer service is lousy. I went in, because the drive up was busy, only to be told by a... staff member that they were not waiting on people at the counter, only drive up and online orders because there were only twoworking. So I went to the other D&D on Loudon Road (in the Shell Convenience Store), where only 2 people were working, and theytook my order at the counter. There's a reason why the D&D at 333 Loudon Road is empty all the time. Lousy customer service. Read more

I highly recommend The Dunkin Donuts off from Loudon Rd, the staff is amazing, they take the time to help you with your order,... they will remake your order if not right the first time, (which is rare) the food and coffees are incredible, service and staffare awesome people, like family, the atmosphere is wonderful, and clean, they even decorate for the holidays, and many peopleeven come and have meals, coffee & hold groups here!
