Horrible experience. The restaurant was at 25% capacity, yet it took 50 minutes to get the watery spinach artichoke dip... appetizer. After the dip was taken from the table, it took another 20 minutes to receive a personal cheese pizza and a chickenCaesar salad. The food was not good and everything I touched was sticky. Read more

The pasta was delicious. Perfectly cooked. Our waitress was very good. The place was pretty clean. The only small issue was the... walls need to be cleaned at the booths. They mistakenly made large pizzas instead of regular size. Without me even asking, they charged me the lower price but gave me... the pizzas they had already made rather than making me wait for the smaller version. So disappointed! Unfortunately in these times many restaurants have struggled and Uno's seems to be one of them. We ordered a... regular Meatball & Ricotta Deep Dish ($27) and a Garden Salad with grilled Chicken ($15). The meatballs were bland, the ricottawas scarce and the salad was small and looked like it was made 3 hours before we picked it up. Truthfully the pizza was betterreheated the next day! With the high cost and low quality we are not in a rush to return. Read more
