Today I came across Vibes Gourmet Burgers in Concord for the first time, and I have to say the food was fantastic. This is the... "Concord's Own" Burger with Applewood smoked bacon, cheddar, sliced apple, lettuce and a maple syrup drizzle. I got it as aplatter with Onion rings and sweet potato fries. Being a Friday, they were busy and there was a wait (about 20 minutes, as theycook to order), but it was worth it. I would definitely go back. Read more
We stopped in, for our anniversary, for a low key, amazing burger.... And we got just that. The burgers were amazing. We chose... "make your own", and wow, messy, and flavorful..... So, so delicious. The fried green beans were also super delicious. My veryhandsome husband had poutine as well, and he said it was delicious. He never gets full, and tonight, he couldn't finish hispoutine!! Vibes is a great place to get a high quality, delicious burger! We stopped on our way back from the Notch and so glad we did. I... ordered the Lone Star burger and enjoyed every bite. My wife enjoyed the Chophouse burger. Perfectly grilled. Fries and O-ringswere excellent too! Atmosphere is comfortable and love the downtown experience. They are stingy on the ketchup (and othersauces). You have to ask and they provide a little plastic cup, a bit frustrating for the customer and the staff looked annoyedwith everyone asking for "one more". I suggest BYOK, "Bring Your Own Ketchup". Cute little restaurant in downtown Concord. Reminds me of a 5 guys but better. They immediately enthusiastically greet you. ... The menu has plenty to choose from if your not hankering for a burger. I had their signature burger with American cheese andgrilled mushrooms (for an extra charge). It was juicy and cooked perfect. My daughter had the apple maple bacon burger and sheloved it. We shared fries and I onion rings. My daughter had the strawberry milkshake that she said was just ok. Restaurantwas clean and there was available outdoor seats.
