Food is ok. Slowest service in Concord. Twice now they were completely out of chicken. How does that even happen???? Drive... through is always at least 15 min, usually much longer. This place is disgusting went here on sept 15 and the food was super cold. Me and my friend ordered four 2pc leg and thigh... combos. When we first got our food at the window fries were stale and chicken was slimy on the inside and not cooked. We askedfor everything to be remade they were also out of straws some condiments and drinks. We were told to pull around to the side ofthe store and did for 30 minutes. We went inside it took them another 40 minutes to try and remake the food but they didn?t foodwas sitting out and so were the fries everything was cold and old they don?t care what they give you and they were not wearinggloves or hairnets. Bojangles has been a staple in the South for as long as I can remember. It's mostly a road trip stop for me but the staff is... friendly and courteous and the facility clean. The chicken is good but could be better. They should use more seasoning in thebatter, its a little bland for my taste. Read more
