This place has honestly gone downhill in the past few years. I ordered a decaf latte asking if they can only use one shot of... decaf espresso (I have caffeine sensitivity due to a health condition). The woman stares at me like I lost my mind and said"well I hit the decaf button, I can't control how much goes in" and basically shoved the drink out the window which isabsolutely nuts because you can definitely change how much espresso comes out! The pumpkin foam was just straight nasty (it'sbasically just a flavored whip cream they keep in a can and do not refrigerate properly) , and I was violently sick within thematter of minutes of eating the avocado toast. I don't know if they do not store the avocado spread properly, but I wasperfectly fine and then BAM! Super sick and vomiting. Really disappointing and will not be going back there. Even if you'rewanting donuts, there are better locations in the area (namely the Donut House in concord). If you have any form of caffeinesensitivity, big time avoid! Read more
Horrible staff! The rudest two women work the morning shift here! I contacted corporate and was told they would be properly... trained. Went back three weeks later and still the same two rude women are working there. Still dry responses, one was upset Iactually wanted a warm breakfast sandwiches and the other that I used the term light and sweet. I avoid this one at all cost. Read more
I go here all the time but will definitely be trying to find another one that appreciates customers. I made an order for pickup,... and was in a hurry so I decided to drive to the window instead of telling them in the speaker didn?t think much of it since Iwasn?t making an order. I greet her, and say I made an order for pickup and give my name. Worker went out of her way to tell me?Your suppose to tell us that back there, you know?? No ?thank you or ?have a good day.? It?s comedic because when I pulled upto the window she was so prepared to give me the food before I could really say anything. so it?s not like they needed more timeor something she just decided instead of greeting me properly that she was going to make that comment and close the window. We went there and ordered 3 large coffees, a donut and a pup cup. We were told that they ?don?t do pup cups? I asked when they... stopped because we had always gotten them there. I got a very unprofessional ?I don?t know?. It was obvious that she did notcare about customer service at all. We canceled our order since my dog was already excited in the back seat because he loves thepup cup. I don?t understand why they stopped giving them, considering this was something they offered to draw customers withdogs. We left and bought our coffee somewhere else where my dog was gladly given a pup cup. Come on, Dunkin Donuts!! It is asquirt of whip cream. I guess it wasn?t worth the $15 I was spending. I?m never returning to this location!! I?m sure they don?tcare, and I don?t either. They are definitely not the only coffee shop. Read more
